Overview

The Intermediate section is for the more serious and dedicated gymnast, who has been participating in the sport for a number of years. This section then also covers Levels 3, 4 and 5 in both the Men and Women’s Levels Programmes. The main focus here shifts towards specific training of the elements and routines prescribed in the respective programmes, in preparation of competing in a competition, even though competing is not compulsory.
